gaining trust with my parents after a falling out

hey.. i'm 16 yrs old and a female.
um basically i dont know who to go to anymore for help. so i'm giving anything and everything a chance. just so long i get some help. so basically my parents and i have had a pretty rocky relationship. and i've broken their trust alot. in the past few months i had gained it back.. then i made the mistake of lying where i was and going to a rave. i didnt do any drugs or anything. but somehow my parents found out i was there. i have no clue how. but they're PISSED. i'm completely grounded, got my phone taken away, cant go anywhere. i dont know what to do.. please help =(

I've been here before.
first thing i did, was apologize like HELL
then i just built up the trust agian. step by painful step. I say painful, because while building up my parents trust, there were things i wanted to do that i couldnt do b/c my parents said no, and i wasnt prepared to start all over again...again...again....

it's a really long process, but in the end, its totally worth it.
