ohkayy so i'm adverage i'd say.. and well i want to be a little bit skinnier.. so i do the basic workouts.. like.. situps leg ups push ups and running... but its not going anywhere... so help?

Think of a good diet plan and exercise plan and STICK WITH IT! :) ]
Along with the exercising, make sure you cut back on the calories and drink lots of water. If you eat less, and much on fiber bars, the fiber helps clean your system out (make you poop), which also sheds weight. ]
