sims 2 activation code

anyone have a extra sims 2 activation code not registered to TheSims2.com(used for downloading new sim products), apparently mines been used and i have no idea how because i didn't use it. i dont know how to get a new one so if anyone has a unregistered one i'd be really greatful. PLZ&THNX

Email or call EA Games. They should be able to do something about it. I once bought a copy of Microsoft Word that had this same issue and a simple call to Microsoft resolved it.

Their website has alot of options too.
