If you can refrain from eating fast-food when you are out it will greatly help you. As far as exercise goes aerobics, swimming, cycling, beginner's yoga, stretches, anything such as weights for strength.
What you need to do is visit your doctor and get weighed and checked out first. He or she needs to tell you your BMI and target weight that is safe and weight that is dangerous to go low to. They will set up a plan so you can reach your goals. You should also ask for a referral to a nutritionist who can teach you what, how and when to and not to eat things.
The weight you should be is based on your height. You can look that and your BMI up to see if you are where you should be online. The fat or baby fat you may see might be normal for you and indicate you shouldn't try losing more. Have a look and you'll know whether to see a doctor.
