I need some really good stretches for all cheer leading stunts. scorpions, heel stretches, arabesques, bow and arrow, so on. Please give me your best stretches to do and how often to do them. I have a scorp, but its really bad. so some good back and leg stretches would be great, thanks
Mr-Fix-It answered Friday February 20 2009, 6:16 pm: Hi I don’t have cheer leading stretches but I have swimming stretches. First is the wall sit just lean agenst a wall and pretend like your sitting on chair wall this will test your leg strength and endurens.Do this as long as you can sit up strait just like on a chair. And also what is called the plank. Lay on your stomach act like you’re going to do push ups but instead of having your hands on the ground have from your wrist to your elbow. And this as long as you can.Finaly do this on stretch witch I don't know the name of sorry. Lay on your back with your head going up as far as you can without sitting up. And one at a time lift your legs up pointing to the sealing as fast as you can and as long as you can do this continually. Hope these stretches help you out.
