how do i lie on a lir detector test?

Question Posted Monday February 9 2009, 6:15 pm

i have to take a lie detector test to prove my innocence due to an accusion wich i had no part of. due to being a minor, i have to take one where i talk only and i have to lie about like 3 things on it. but nothing related to the accusion. a friend of mine told me to pinch myself then answer saying no because it does something to ur brain that lets you lie and gets away with it? idk. but i need help. because the three things i have 2 lie about i cant let my mom know...so i need a life saver! <3333
tips?
ideas?
anything.

just i need to know if it will work or not. :\

well if you pich yourself it does the opposite and makes it look like a lie...
its all bout your heart beat...just relax...try meditating...dont think about anything that will make your heart beat change in any way...breath slowly and stuff
