Lg Vu problems HELP!

Okay..
Well i got an Lg Vu like 1 week ago of off ebay.com
lol..
but they said that it was barely used and that it worked perfectly fine..
well when i got it.. it was fine untill i dropped it like one time and then it kept on saying "insert smart chip"...
but it didnt do it much.. just every now and then..
but now i just got home from school and it wont turn on at all..
all it says is insert smartchip..
so i have no idea what it is because it worked fine before... and i blew in the hole for dust i cleaned it.!
i still wont work!

please help me..

This site is set up the way it is so that people do not have to expose their e-mails to someone that they don't know... that would be you.

Don't expect anyone to expose their e-mail when they could just write you here.

Remember: When you give out your e-mail address, you are giving information about yourself.

I see you have your name on your column. Please remove the last name at least. It isn't safe the way you have it now.
