is this a legit statement about guys?

Question Posted Monday February 9 2009, 5:41 pm

16f

"If a guy makes up stuff saying you like another boy, this is usually a sign that he likes you. He's trying to get you to hint who you like."

I saw this on a website that gives tips on figuring out if a guy likes you or not (I'm pathetic, I know, haha). How legitimate would you say this statement is? Either a guy or girl's opinion is fine but it'd be helpful if some guys would answer this!

Well, think, I would say he is trying to see who you like, why would he even care if he didn't? Is he asking for a friend? How much more does he say to you? How much attention does he give you? Your not pathetic, your smart. If you like him, let him know it in some way, guys are very fearful of rejection. Good luck.
