my skin is ruining my life! i'm really like.. i don't know what the word for it is.. but i overthink everything. something about mind control? well, my skin never used to be this bad, until i started stressing about it so much. i'm constantly worrying about it and doing everything i can to make it better, but i get more and more breakouts everyday. i drink a lot of water, eat healthy, use good face washes, only wash it about twice a day, use lotion and good moisturizes, so don't tell me anything is wrong with my routine. it's all in my head. i just don't know how to just let it be. ugh :/ :/ :/ sometimes i just stay home when i get invited somewhere, because my skin is so bad. bleh!

I don't know what the problem is but it sounds like acne. This will have you cleaned from the inside out and really clear it up. If you think stress is adding to it then do some stress relief exercises. Meditation, positive affirmations, visualize your self with clear skin, pray...things of this nature. If your thoughts and words and actions align, you will find a solution. Another good thing to do is tell your body how much you love it, how much you love your face, see your self beyond the physical, see past the blemishes. This will help greatly. And most of all give it some time.

My aunty had bad breakouts like this, and even though she used all the right washes and soaps and toners and mousterizers and stuff, she couldn;t stop the breakouts. So when she went to see a doctor, they prescibed some medicaion and almost instantly her face cleared up again.
If you dont want to take medication, you can lways try changing your face washes to something stronger and natural. [ michellexox's advice column | Ask michellexox A Question ]
