A flirt

Question Posted Thursday February 5 2009, 7:56 pm

14/f

Ok so I've been called a flirt by one of my friends. haha I'm not mad or anything, I'm just wondering if I am. The rest of my friends don't think I am. Ok yeah like most girls I love attention from guys and they give it to me. But they are like friends to me and I just enjoy talking to them. I do laugh at alot of the stuff they say but its usually something really stupid. Like I'll go up to my guy friends at sit with them and talk to them or the other way around. I don't sit around and touch them or whatever. I don't say flirty things, at least I don't think I do. Is talking to guys alot flirting? Maybe because I always laughed? Sorry this was kind of a dumb question but yeah. Thanks!

you can not let what other people say to you dictate the type of person you want to be.

Perhaps this person who called you a flirt is jealous because of the attention you get.

Just ignore the haters and do your thing.

No it is not. Talking alot is not flirting but if you are talking and constantly touching the guy as your talking or batting ur eyes ur blushing while talking to them then its flirting

Girl, one thing other girls don't like is that you pay a lot of attention to other guys all the time. Yes, talking to them all the time is flirting. you need attention from them, you like it when they give you attention. It makes you feel good. This is fine, except, when your friends are starting to say things, there usually some truth to it. It's okay sometimes, but all the time it is not. When your with your friends, spend time with them, they will start wondering if they should even ask you to go somewhere with them, because you will try to get the attention of their boyfriend, or whoever they have their eye on. Just decide, you don't need all this attention from guys, you are fine the way you are. Look deep inside yourself, do you really do this for attention, you really know the answer, you know what the truth is. You are a nice person, and I'm sure your pretty also, but sometimes when you hear things over and over from people, it's time to ask yourself, is it a possibility. Good luck, and at least you are trying to find out if it is something you need to look into.
