Especially if you have sensitive skin. If you really want to do it, there are waxes at any grocery store. In order for a good wax though you will have to grow out your hair for at least a month or two. If you're having razorr burn problems or want a really clean shave, I reccommend buying a brand new razor and new shaving cream (skintamate works the best). Replace your razor every 2-4 weeks and you will always have a nice clean shave. Good Luck! [ kerry_jeanne's advice column | Ask kerry_jeanne A Question ]
Myrrha answered Thursday February 5 2009, 3:20 pm: It is very painful, and not good for people with sensitve skin. My skin is very sensitive, and I tried once. It was so painful I stopped after 2 strips, and those areas got very inflammed and bled some. Then I got a rash when the hair started growing back, just like if you were to shave. If you want something easy for do-it-yourself at home, get some of the sensitive skin Nair. No waxing or shaving, and the odor of the cream isn't as bad as it used to be. If you really wanna wax that bad, I would suggest going out of town to a salon and having it done. [ Myrrha's advice column | Ask Myrrha A Question ]
