I don't have a cell, how do we talk????? besides house phone

so I like this kid and he's the same age as me, he altar serves just like me. we have been talking for about 4 weeks and he is a really cool guy and stuff but he has a gf and I knew it from the start because when we first started to talk he said I would be a cool girl to hangout with. so things have been going great and be is like perfect. just like two weeks ago he told me that he liked me and that he really wanted to hang out. so we've been talking since then and I don't have a cell so I talk on aim and through my friends phone. I really don't know like how to talk to him other than that becz sooner or later my friends aren't gonna let me use there phones. and I don't think it would be a good idea if we talked on the phone becz he has a gf. and I just would like to know if like idk I guess a guys opinion would be nice on this or whatever.
I don't get what he's trying to do with me. he's dating some1 bbut he likes me too and I just don't think he's ever been in this sittuation so he doesn't know what he's doing but like why hasn't he broken up
with her. when he told me he liked me he also said when we hang out Im going to kiss you. I just font know if I should wait because I'm really not that girl to wait around.
so I know that's all confusing but I don't know what to do so any info and advice with help. I need lots of help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well this kid seems to be a slight jerk
cause if he treats his girlfriend that way than he must not have to much respect for women.
also you dnt want to put yourself in a situation where people can end up getting hurt cause think about it if his gf ever finds out than she will get hurt and than she might take it out n you and spread rumors about you and that wont be good
so just wait til he brakes up with his gf
also if he says he likes you than he will have no problem brakein up with her for oou
so just be careful cause hearts are very easy to brake

you shouldnt do anything with him. not hang out, not talk "lovey dovey" or anything. he has a girlfriend!! and by what you said, he likes you, too. hes basically cheating on his girlfriend and its not fair to her. either its you or her. thats all there is to it. and besides, how do you know that he wont do the same thing to you when you two start going out? what if he meets ANOTHER girl he likes, and asks her to hang out and kisses her and tells her he likes her and such while hes also dating you?
i just dont think this is something you need to put yourself in the middle of. and if his gf ever found out, she'd be mad at him, but pissed at you, since you already knew and you were still going to hang out with him and let him kiss you.
if he breaks up with her for you, then its fine. but be cautious about him. he sounds like a douchebag to me. and when you two get to talking more, there really is no other means of communication besides cellphone, AIM, myspace, facebook, home phone...thats basically it.
make the right choice. and dont do anything you might regret. :) good luck!
