anxiety, high blood pressure? Recently at school I got really hot, stressed and anxious at the same time and I got red from my chest all the way up to my face. It wasn't hard to breathe and I didn't pass out or anything. I just don't know what happened, and someone told me I might have high blood pressure or had an anxiety/panic attack. Has this happened to anyone or does anyone know what it could be?

i recently went to the doctor for a problem similar to yours! it is from stress, and possibly anxiety. but when this happens to me i feel like i have trouble breathing, and like my heart is racing really fast and i feel a little shaky. what the doctor did was prescribe me some medication that will calm me down, for my anxiety. if this is a problem to you or if it is affecting you in any way then go see a doctor and i'm sure they can help you out (: ♥ LU ]
that's happened to me befor.
well kinda. theres been times
when I'm just sitting there and then I start getting really hot and dizzy.
usually its because my blood sugar is low
and I need to eat!
sometimes it happens when you get stressed.
but it happens to everyone!
hope my advice helps. ]
That happens to me too, its when you have so many emotions running through you at the same time, and they are not good emotions i guess you can say. It could be that you have high blood pressure, but mostlikely you just got really upset at that moment. When that happens to me, the heat you feel is because your body is heating up (your blood is too) and your blood rushes up to your head making you feel hot, (light headed) and you can very likely get sweaty. This also happens as a way of having your body try to calm down, so next time this happens, no matter what the situation is, just take a second, and recollect yourself :-) everyone deserves a break once in a while :-) ]
