Our homecoming was in October, and everyone was so great at grinding. Thats ALL it is! Now I couldn't grind. I literally looked like the biggest freaking idiot anyone has ever seen. I just want to be good at grinding! Because our winter formal is in only 20 days! Can someone PLEASE PLEASE help me!

Practice in the mirror alone in your room. Grinding is simply about the way you move your body, so all you need to do it figure out how to move your body in that way and then put a rhythm to it. Play songs that you think they would play at your dance to practice to. And make sure you do it in front of a mirror because then you will see yourself the way everyone else will be seeing you.

Good luck!

Hi,
don't worry. You're not alone. The best suggestion I would have is to look around and find out who does it the best and ask for a lesson.

Hopefully, they will be a good sport and help you out. Practice is the best teacher.

Good luck,
Ediemarie
