Difficulty Taking Breathe from Outside

I am from Pakistan.When i take breathe from outside in the air some time i take breathe very difficult,during the breathe i feel some sound from my lungs.Can you tell me what is problem in my lungs and why i feel difficult during my breathe?

This is exactly what I go through with my asthma.

Is it really cold where you are right now? Or dry? That can make it feel worse.

If you can, go and see a doctor. They should be able to give you a medication that can help when you start feeling shortness of breath.

I'm not a doctor, but i think you should go see one. IT could be something very serious. The first thing I could tell you is probably you're asmathic...but as i said i'm not a doctor.
