Hello, I want to apologize for how the person below me laughed at your question and/or took it as a joke. No one ask questions just to ask to ask I value everyones questions including yours, this topicis obviously rather important to you or you wouldn't have asked. Surgery is also an option but I dont think you want to go to those extreme lengths. You can also google:cream to tighten vagianl lips, see what links you get you may find something good.
