so i made a video that exceeds the time limit. can someone tell me where i can edit the video to make it shorter for free? like an editing website or something....all help will be appreciated

install windows media player.
no websites allow free editing. they require you to download or buy a package

Mediaconverter.org may help, I know you can do adjustments on the site, but I don't think there are too many websites that will allow a free edit...
