To me it looks like an HP.
Not sure which model though.
Sorry.
Maybe if you go to a store, keep your eyes open, look for the keyboard layout + positioning of the touch pad. Also the light gray colour and shiny black case ;)

Well its not a Mac thats for sure. It might be Dell...but I don't think so. It looks like an hp to me..

I can't really tell seeing I can't see the symbol yet any writting on the lap top, I will take a guess it might be a Mac.
