Gay guy likes girl?

Question Posted Thursday January 22 2009, 8:00 pm

Ok well there is a guy that seems to like me. I've known him for a while and when I first met him I thought he was the best thing ever made, no joke. I was extremely attracted to this guy for reasons I can't really describe. We are into the same stuff and all but sometimes he can be very judgmental about people which is a huge turn off, but still I always liked him. But over time I figured nothing was going to come of it because although we talked and all, he never made a move. So I decided to try to stop liking him, which kind of worked. After that, I started liking an old friend who ended up asking me out. That was over winter break. Now, with school back and all, the guy I liked before and I have to work in a group project for theater. And all the time he sits extremely close to me and he, well I don't know what he does, but it's like I can feel his energy saying "I LIKE YOU!!". So there I am, having a blast from the past crush on this guy, while my boyfriend is off at another school. I love my boyfriend (not in love but love) but whenever I'm around this other guy all these feelings come back. I'd never cheat on him though but it's just feels wrong to think of another guy this way. What shall I do?

It's his loss not to make a move on you. Also, a lot of guys play mind tricks on girls to make them think they like you when they're not. It builds there self confidence when they have insecurities. It's actually kind of funny - don't give him the attention he wants because he's not going to do anything with it. Keep your boyfriend who does a good job at well..being your boyfriend. Don't make a mistake with someone that probablly isn't all that into you. Good Luck!

Well, you should ask him if he likes you more then a friend in anyway. It would be so much easier to decide what to do if you had an exact idea of how this friend of yours feels. I know it'll be harsh if he says no, but at least you'll know if he has/does ever want to have a relationship. Other wise love your boyfriend, and try to be happy. :
I know it's hard to love someone when you're not exactly "in-love" with them.
