Are Katy Perry and Zooey Deschanel the same person? They look exactly alike. And what is Zoey Deschanel from? I know Katy Perry is a singer..

Zooey Deschanel is an actress but she also sings in She & Him and in several of her movies. You can definitely tell their voices apart if you cannot tell their looks apart.

No, they actually aren't. I thought they were too at one point.
Zoey Deschanel is known for her movie roles (if you've seen the recent movie YesMan with Jim Carrey, she has a leading role there, and in the movie she actually doesn't look like Katy Perry.) She's also played in :
Elf
The Happening
Surf's Up (voice over)
