photoshopping pictures like obama's
i've seen pictures of people on myspace and stuff where they photoshop their own picture to look like those blue&red campaing photos of obama. does anyone know how to do this ?

You can edit pictures for free on
www.picnik.com
Just upload your photo, and then it will guide you through editing. It's all free, but you can pay if you want, to get more features.

There is a button for effects. All the special effects will come up when you click it. You just need to page through the effects until you fine the desired one.
Wish I could be of more help, but I'm not at my desk computer which has Photoshop, I'm on a laptop.
Download your picture and play around with it. You have a multitude of options to choose from with Photoshop! You may find a better effect than that one you're talking about, which is so commonly used.
UPDATE: Click the FILTER tab and see the choices that come up.
