Don't. Let him express his feelings toward you, first, lest you appear too eager. If he never tells you he loves you, then you might assume he doesn't, in which case, it won't matter a hill of beans if you tell him you love him, will it?

Well perhaps you could just kind of tell him?
Explain that I don't know everything about you, but what I do know, has attracted me to you so much.. I feel as if I may be falling in-love with you.. If he feels the same way or some what the same way towards you, You'll be fine. :)
People shouldn't be afraid to be so frank. I mean, we all should be willing to make a wide jump occasionally. :)
