bleach hair

i want to bleach the hair on my upper lip with hydrogen peroxide (used on cuts). how would i do that??

if you don't want to go with hotpatatoe's idea. just simply get a q tip and dip it in there peroxide, and wipe it on there. pretty simple.
but from what i hear, doing this isnt' a good idea. the whole using the peroxide thing, but it's always done great for me.
