Hey there fellow advicenators :) this is flirty. So, if you guys haven't seen my pic on my column, I am chubby. Ok... excessively chubby LOL. But I want to lose some weight, preferably some around the belly, in a healthy manner. What are some nutritional tips? And exercise wise? Details would be greatly appreciated. If it helps im 17/f my height is 5'4 and i don't wanna give out my weight but just know its on the heavy side lol
again there is this drug called alli it cuts fat intake in half but for it to work you have to cut your fat eating in half but you cant stop completely eating fat so it helps you loose weight easier without putting a strain on you.what i'm saying is you can work off fat on your own time [ Stinkbait's advice column | Ask Stinkbait A Question ]

Walking always helps, Try not to drink TO much liquids and by to much I mean a gallon a day lol, To much excess liquids can put on water weight. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables but try to watch the carbs on the box. You could also try bending your knees a little bit and twisting back and fourth a few times a day that will tighten your stomach muscles and get rid of any love handles. ;)
