what does eva young mean in this quote? is she promoting impulsiveness and just "go with your gut" and don't think about it?

She means "If you think about something to long, you may end up only ever thinking about it and never get it done, or may never do it."
Or, in other words "Do something before its too late" , "Get at it before the opportunities gone" , "Don't waste your time thinking, when you could be doing"

I don't know that she means jump right
in without thought necessarily. Just
maybe don't think it to death.

Its like if you want a job. If you sit and
think about it for a week before applying,
poof, someone else got the job before you.
You thought to long, its lost to you. :)
