If a guy can't handle your emotional problems then he's not worth your time. It sounds like to me like he just wants to have sex. I'm sure he cares about you but he obviously isn't mature enough if he can't be there for you during hard times. When you're in a relationship, the man you're with should not only be your lover but your friend as well.
As far as the whole 'violation' comment, thats just creepy. Please stay away from him. You deserve better.

Yeah, it means he wants to have sex.. My advice? Don't do it. Seems like it's a game to him, and if he has emotional problems, this 'violation' will make it worse o_O ... So Just stick to no violation. Take care :D

Cliff note version: "Can I have sex with you?" is basically more or less what he's asking you.
If he's having emotional problems, I wouldn't go for it. Just wait until both you and him are in a stable realtionship before going into anything. I'm not telling you how to live your life, just to be cautious.
