Drinks that count as one of my 5 a day

I have an eating disorder and this year i've been trying new foods everyday, but only in moderation and i'm really anxious around food.
I'm trying to eat as healthy as possible since my body is really wrecked (let that be a warning to anyone striving to be skinny!), anyway i know your meant to eat at least 5 fruits a day and since drinking is easier for me to do i was wondering which fruit drinks will count towards one of my five.

Ribena have some fruit juices but i hate ribena as i find it makes me more thirsty.
We have Supermarkets own brand Orange Juice which i like but i don't think thats as healthy.

If you have any recomendations that would be really appreciated, thank you.

I took the liberty of researching for you so I hope these would suffice =]:

The best way to consume fruit is raw, with its skin or with the skin peeled off on an empty stomach or 20 minutes before other meals. If you're not such a fruit-eater and want to have more from the good stuff, the best way to start eating fruit is to squeeze fruit juices. In this way you can get used to fruit and after drinking juices for a while you'll see that your appetite to have raw fruits will increase.

Tips
- Squeeze at least one fruit drink a day. In this way you eat about 3 to 4 fruits so you can fulfill your daily need;

- Put some ice cubes in the blender with your juice. This cools your fruit drink quickly in summer;

- Put a little bit of banana in your juice mix and blend it like a milk-shake. This gives your fruit drink a certain softness and reduces the bitterness (caused by grapefruits for example);

- Take sweet fruits to blend. Use citrus fruits (oranges, red-grapefruits) as a basis and mix it in the blender with the sweet fruits of your choice. You can squeeze a jar of orange juice that you keep in the fridge and blend it with the fruit of your choice when you want to.

For the calorie counters among us the nutrition facts of these recipes are included but we strongly recommend not to count if fruit is involved. 1 cup sliced banana
3/4 cup frozen strawberry
1/2 cup ruby red grapefruit juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup crushed ice
Directions
1Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.

1 large banana, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
2 kiwi fruits, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup peeled and diced mango
1/2 cup peeled and diced papaya
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
3 ice cubes

Apple Juice

Cranberry Juice

Tomato Juice is also good

Anything that might have a varity of juices is good

You could also try smoothies if you like those too.

Really orange juice is the best. Pomagranate juice is also great, as is V8, though i dont know if they sell that in the UK. Any natural fruit juice should count towards one of the five a day. Check the labels to see if it is all natural, though it usually says that right on the front of the bottle. Apple cider is also really tasty. I think 8oz counts as 1 serving of fruit if its natural.
