how to hide eyes that are puffy from crying

you know how when you cry alot your eyes get all puffy? well, ive been crying alot lately and i just want to know if theres any way to make my eyes less puffy so its not so obvious that ive been crying. Please answer soon.

Eye masks (you know, those things with the gel inside, which you put in the fridge first to make them cold? If not, spoons will work just as well), putting a slice of cold cucumber over each eye, eye gel (you might not have this since it's more for older people).. basically anything cold that will reduce swelling.

i heard puttinq a metal spoon in thee fridqe for a while then puttinq it on your eeyes helps. [*if you need it faster ; maybe try the freezer for a little while)
