its definitely not true, girls masturbate just as much as guys for some reason girls have a harder time admitting it but its true. Its completely normal don't worry about it.

Statistically 90% of males do of all ages and 78% of females of all ages. The numbers may be higher for females but they're more discreet than males. Bottom line is that it's universal with teens and completely normal regardless of your sex.
It's normal if you do it and normal not to. There shouldn't be any guilt about it. The only time it becomes abnormal is when it's all you do and you don't engage in regular activity. It's also a problem if someone uses it for comfort because they have hidden issues, molested or abused.
