Iam a 19 year old female and I weigh 160 pounds and I would like to get down to 130 pounds that means I need to lose 30 pounds but I want to find a healthy way for me to lose weight and a weigh that I can keep it off for good. If it helps iam about 5'2.

But something you would first want to do is start eating healtier. Which means cutting down on the junk food & also soda. I'm not saying that you can never eat it, but just cut down on it. Also, you may conside on joining a gym. I recomend 'Club Fitness'. They also have personal trainers that will help you, and you will be in shape in no time, I'm a member there, and have expirenced it all. It didn't take long for me, I had to watch what I ate, and went there everyday.

3 Quarts of Water
1 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Cup Pure Maple Syrup (not maple flavored, but the REAL stuff) or molasses
1 Teaspoon Cayenne (red pepper grinded)
