I have no boobs but need a dress for homecoming.
For homecoming I'm designing my own dress but can't figure out what is a good top half that will flatter my boobs.... I know ruffles do the trick (thank you Ouran High School Host Club) but I want something else because I can have the bottom and top be ruffly. Any other ideas?? :(( I need to know soon because if I go home I have a TON of Seventeen magazines that I know have good ideas. Too bad I need to know by today or tomorrow or the next day at least before the 25th.

Neck lines like that will be flattering since you have a small chests, i have little boobs too lol so your not alone, and I hope I helped:)

deep v necklines help give a nice shape to the shape-less, most of the time they are fitted under the bust, and make your own natural self bust out a bit more
be careful if you buy a mirical bra or anything, falling out, katty girls noticing your sudden growth, guys being jerks, all can ruin a good night

First, maybe you could buy one of the miracle bras. They come in handy, I wear a 36 B and they make my boobs look atleast a size bigger.
This may not be your taste at all, but I was thinking maybe a top like one of these.

My opinion, when you design the dress, make sure its tight on your chest area, so it can push the boobs up.
