I have a neighbor that built a fence between the front yard of our house and theirs which i did not pay for. At the time I did not have the money nor did I want a fence there. I have a 4 year old son that believe that belives everything he see is his and says to me one day that the fence his, with out think that it was a big deal I said the fence was mine. The neighbor that paid for the fence over heard this and took my statement as a statement of ownership over the fence. He came to me a few days afterward and had to tell me that I do not own the fence and that he over heard me and son talking about it. I tried to explian to him what was going on and after talking to him figured the problem was done. Than yesterday he had a crew come out and move 4 out of the 5 sections of the fence to his property. They left the last section because it would mess up a gate he has. Well after seeing the fence and the way it looks I now want the last section moved off my part of the property. My neighbor is a lawyer and likes to push the law in my face. I need to know if I can require him to move the last section of fense off my side of the property line.

If not than you have all the right its your property that you pay for. Not him. Unless giving permission he has no right for any of his property to be on your property.
