Picture Messaging
i have unlimited text/picture/video messaging. for some reason, my picture messaging doesn't work. and its not my phone, becasue the phone i had before this didn't work either. the rest of my family can send pictures, but i can't. does anyone know a reason of why it wouldn't work? a setting i maybe need to change? (btw, my phone is a tmobile dash, but i dont know if that will help becasue it hasn't been working for the 4 years i've had a phone, and the phone i had before this one was different.)

i only had this happen with one of my phones, not two in a row but it sounds like you have the same problem as i did. I had picture messaging blocked on my account. If you call the help line for tmobile (im sorry i dont know what it is) and tell them about this problem than they'll be able to fix it for you. It just takes alot of waiting :(

Take it to a T-mobile store and they'll fix it. I had the same problem but with Sprint and it turns out I had picture messaging blocked on my account. That might be whats wrong but if not they can still figure it out and fix it for you.
