Side Effects . 15/F.
ive gotten into the habit of smoking weed ALOT. like i need it now, and ive told myself im going to quit but when i come around it i have to have it . But the other day, i was in p.e and i had to run a mile, i couldnt even get halfway i felt like i was going to pass out . i go up the stairs at school and i still get out of breath . is this normal? oh and where can you get the detox stuff? Thanks :]

Your addicted to it. You should try to stop. That is what's making you out of breath and it is very bad for your health. You can do it. Just get the support of your friends and family. Hope this helps! ]
The reason you think you need weed is because you enjoy the feeling it gives you. There isn't a physical way you can be addicted to it. If you can get over the mental addiction you can quit.
You should really quit or cut down before you really hurt your self...at 15 you shouldn't feel that out of breath! You don't want to die early do you? ]
You don't NEED weed. Marijuana isn't addictive. Unless it's laced with addictive substances. So you could just be imagining that you need it. or you just want it badly. Either way, stopping should not be hard to do if you really try. And any kind of smoking does damage to your lungs, and can make it harder for you to breathe normally. ]
