asknava answered Thursday December 11 2008, 12:53 am: Taking detoxes, drinking more water, eating more fruits and drinking pineapple juice. Sometimes you just gotta wash more times a day too, especially if you're not using soap. What I noticed about me, is that I don't start to get "salty" until after like all day of urinatig and sweating, working and walking...So when you are home, what you can do is...it's a pain but...whenever you use the bathroom at home, you can just like keep a clean cup near the toilet, so that when you are done and you have whiped and everything, you just rinse off with clean water. Then just whipe with a towel. This will sort of give you a mini bath, almost like using the bidet (which is a little basin made just for cleaning the privates, i believe after using the toilet...casue it's always next to the toilet in the houses i've seen). Hope this helps. [ asknava's advice column | Ask asknava A Question ]
