Okay so since the summer I've been losing weight. Before the summer I was 150 pounds. And now I'm 155 pounds except..I'm skinnier than I was before the summer, a lot skinnier. Maybe like 10 pounds. And now I'm 5 pounds more? :-/
Anyways. So since I got back from vacation I've been going to the gym 4-5 times a week. I go on the elliptical for 45 minutes every single time. Then I do 200 crunches and a few weight machines on my arms and legs. I eat healthy too and drink a lot of water. But honestly you'd think I would've lost at least 10 pounds but it really doesn't look that way. I can't get rid of my stomach, and I want a flat, hard stomach. But not abs. These 200 crunches don't do anything for me anymore. Everyone says I do so much, but it's not doing much for me. Any tips on getting a flat stomach and getting rid of love handles? Any good foods to help lose weight?? Please help. I plan on losing 20 pounds before summer rolls around.
If you want to target your abs, don't do floor crunches! It's true that they don't do anything. There are specially designed crunches in magazines and online, EVERYWHERE! That help more. But there's a youtube channel you could try...here's the link.

They work really well.
You could also purchase a workout tape.
