Want to lose some weight. I am 16 years old, i weigh about 153, although its mostly in my boobs. I dont look like i weigh that much, but i do. I think it evens out well.
But, i do have some love handles and i could lose a couple pounds
I have a treadmill, and i am starting to use it. I want to do sit ups as well. I am not going to eat after 8pm, maybe something small if i do. And i am going to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day
Now, my question is...with this info and you can add some things. what would a good workout plan be for this? such as, how manytimes a week, how many sit ups, ect.
I eat healthy, so i dont need help with that :]

Try doing an active sport. I'm unhappy with my figure, too, and since I've joined Tae-Kwon-Do, it's been AMAZING! I train at the U.S.T.C. (US TaeKwonDo Center) and it has been great! I reccomend 3-4 classes a week, and the classes are only 45 minutes long. Try different activities that are active but enjoyable! ]
start your day an hour or so earlier and go on the tredmill in the morning 30 minutes to an hour.. work your way up for longer, eat a breakfast then your normal routine,
the next day work out with wieghts, so when u lose your not flabby, do that in the morning again too
the trick to the mornings is it starts your motabalism earlier ]
