Don't jump to conclusions. It could have been a friend.. and you don't have to get naked to do the deed anyway.
Just ask him. It's not a bad question to ask. Every person I've been with, I have asked how many sexual partners they've had, 'cause curiosity got the better of me I guess. It's always nice to be open and talk about things with each other.

I wouldnt assume anything because of the fact that you dont have to be naked to have sex with someone and also it could be dark so even if you are naked that doesnt mean the other person will see you necessarily.
