I recently found out that water is one of the best ways to mantain weight. Some 2 glasses of low fat milk a day also helps with keeping a steady weight and weight loss.
On the treadmill try mixing up how fast you go- NEVER stay at a constant speed. It may injur your muscles and it doesn't burn as much calories. Try warming up at 2 mph (a low speen) for 2 minutes. Then move up to about 4 mph (medium speed) for 5 minutes. Then go to a really fast mph (think 7 or 8 mph) for 2 minutes. Then go back to your steady speed. (4 mph or your medium speed) Keep repeating this for as long as you want to work out. Then go back to the warm up and use it as your cool down. I also recommend stretching after working out, so you don't hurt yourself.
ALSO seeing that you are thinner now, you feel like you can eat whatever you want. And you CAN, in moderation. Eat your recommended calorie and fat diet and make sure to get enough protein. Try to keep the food pyramid in mind. You spent all this time trying to get healthy, don't go back to your old ways of unhealthy eating. I hope I helped a bit.

This will definitely help maintain the weight. When I run, I use a speed 5 and run about 2.5 miles and it burns about 400 calories. So, if your run longer, it will burn more. Try to look at the calories on things before you eat them, and do the math with the serving sizes and whatnot, and then run as long as it takes to equal whatever fattening food you just ate :) If you do that with every unhealthy food, plus drinking water, I think it's safe to say some chocolate would be fine every once in a while ha ha I mean, who can resist those bittersweet temptations? Well, goodluck! Hope I helped!
