Question Posted Wednesday November 19 2008, 6:33 am

Okay, so, this past month my one best friend, he started liking this girl he met on myspace and facebook. She lives really close and whatever, so it's not like it'd be an online relationship if they'd date.

She had really strong feelings for him and he really likes her. She'd tell all her friends how cute he was, and how special he was, and whatever. And then she went to a party, and started talking to one of her guy friends who has a crush on her. She told my friend she kind of likes the other guy more now. They eventually met then.

Now, it elevated once again. She completely doesn't like him anymore, and just wants the other guy instead. Now my friend is in this big state of depression and I don't know what to say. I've been telling him to move on, that he doesn't need these games, but he just gets angry.

So.. What should I tell him?

Don't bring it up just be there for him. Try to keep his mind off of it you can ask him if he wants to hang out or something. Right now he's not ready to talk about it but he will be. Good Luck

Just keep doing what you're doing by comforting him :) he may have felt lead on, but he'll have to recover and move on because there are a lot of other girls out there that are probably better than her anyway :) if he gets angry when you try to talk about it, back off. Don't push happiness on him. I promise you, he WILL get over it. In the past, when I broke up with a guy, he was the one to get over it the quickest ;) hope I helped!
