Are there any jobs near Ogden Utah that hire 14 year olds?

Not legally...

The lowest age you can work for someone who isn't family is 15 and that's at a few fast food restaurants such as chick-fil-a and quiznos sub.

If it's a relative you're working for, I'm fairly certain that would be legal.

It's actually very, very difficult to find any job under the age of 16.
