Fourteen\Female.
I have been through every stage a curly haired person goes through. The little toddler, never taking care of her hair, so my Mother went to a hair salon and got it cut to my EARS. So everytime it hit an 'awkward stage' I'd have it cut short. Well I'm done with the poof. From like 11-13 years old I wanted straight hair, the grass was most deffiently greener on the other side. Well now I love my curly hair. I've been told it captures my personality perfectly and Im tired of spending hours straightening it, and killing it. Im done with all the time.
I want a quick way to style my uber curly hair. Length is like just barely touching my shoulders, and it will be getting longer. The longer it is the more it weighs down which is exactly what I want. My skin tone is really red, so I can't go like blonde with coloring but I want a change. From my years of straightening my hair is damanged, and ergh bothering me. But I want my curls.
At the moment Im on Naturally Curly.com but if anyone has some life products they use for there own curly hair and can't live without it I wanna know them.
MONEY IS AN ISSUE.
I can't spend a lot of money and I wanna be able to go to like Wal-Mart lol. but if there is something at the salons Im willing to go there.. I guess =]]
Any Help!!
AskEmily-Advice4you answered Thursday November 13 2008, 1:58 pm: I have had the same problem! I hated my curly hair! I used a straightening iron and now my hair is ruined! anytime I brush it my hair gets "Puffy" so I used a hot oil hair treatment...It was really easy and fast and after a while my hair looked " normal" If that doesnt work....stay in conditioner works great too! and if you use just a little bit of gel at night ( just enough to calm your hair down without it drying and hardening) and put your hair in a bun, in the morning your hair will be shiney and natural looking!
