IF there's a chance semen could have come into contact with your vagina (from his hands if he touched himself/or from yours if you touched yourself after touching him) then yes, there's always a risk of becoming pregnant.
If you know semen didn't come into contact with your vagina, then you're okay - you can't get pregnant from fingering alone.
To be honest, if you didn't know the answer to this question, you shouldn't be doing those things.
Give yourself time to grow up, then do what you want when you're educated enough.
