im scared to talk to my school psychologist. help?

edit: i dont have to talk to her but i feel like she's my last hope

and the only way she is allowed to call my parents is if im suicidal or if im doing drugs. and im neither. it's just a social problem

I am not sure why you need to talk to one. but don't be afrid they are to trust at first but they want to help you if you dont feel comfortable with the one you are seeing tell them ou want a different one. and you dont have to talk unless you really need to. good luck

I wouldn't talk every time I had to talk to a psychologist inless I really really needed to, I know your not looking for that answer, But I'm letting you know you aren't the only one afraid of them.

You easily feel betrayed or hurt when they call your parents after you tell them whats wrong? That's why I don't talk to them. If you have to talk to them, just try talking a little bit for each session. Stay quiet if you don't want to answer something the first time. If you aren't required to talk to them about your problem, try asking it to on here. Someone is pretty much guartneed to help you.
