im very confused right now on if i could be bi or not. i like having girls touch on me and i like touching on girls, but i never get feelings for a girl like i do with boys.

I think at your age, it's pretty normal and common for you to feel this way. You are probably bi-curious. It's probably just a phase that you will grow out of. I wouldn't worry about it. If by some reason you do like girls, that's your business and you shouldn't be ashamed of it. Always be true to yourself! I hope I helped.
