after i got my braces off i started using crest whitening stips, NOT the trays or the dissolving kinds, just the 2 week packet. they aren't lieing when they say your teeth get whiter with in 3 days! i saw a big difference, i loved it!

the cons? i'm not so sure, i guess, its that you have to keep up with it day and night for 30 minutes each time you use it. its also expensive,40 bucks mannn! i would also recommend getting the crest "vive" whitening tooth paste, its kind of small but it works really well.
as for sensitive teeth? i've never had them, but you could always the fluoride mouth rinse from Listerine (its the purple kind)
hope i helped ;}

pro's
you get whiter teeth

con's

it can actually damage your teeth after a while
you can get any of the following:

burned gums
irritated gums
painful gums
swollen gums
burned lips
irritated lips
painful lips
swollen lips
burned upper lip
irritated upper lip
painful upper lip
swollen upper lip
burned lower lip
irritated lower lip
painful lower lip
swollen lower lip
painful teeth
sensitive teeth
teeth stingers

it just all depends on the brand and how sensitive your teeth are.

just make sure you know you are using a good brand. because some claim to whiten your teeth :2 shades whiter" by the time your done with the first dose of the product but some tend to lie.

so wish you the best of luck and do your research. =]

Well i heard they make your teeth sinsitive after you do it, but i have done it two times and it is only like that for an hour after you do it so i don't think it should be a problem. It all depends on the product you use. Hope this helps!
