Birthday ideas?
I'm turning 18 in like 3 weeks.
still debating on whether or not i should even have a party. but if i did, any ideas?
it would be on a budget, and no house parties. lol
probably something small, like 10 people? or just like 3-4 people. but no in between, you know?

well i'm only turning sixteen but i'm not into the big party idea either. i'm thinking about getting a limo and taking some friends out to a trendy resturant in the city since we live in the suburbs. you could do that and go clubbing after or something. or you could do a girls day out and get manicures/pedicures/facials etc and have an old fashioned slumber party.
