have'nt felt like this for sooo long!
Alright, this guy i like so incredibly much just broke up with his gf...and we've been hanging out and talking, were both 18.
but i dunno how i should get him to want to ask me out, or on a date or something without straight up asking...???

ah if i was in your situation i would wait alittle bit. give him sometime to get over her. because it could be a break although they say its over. your going to be hurt so much more after working hard to get him to ask you out or a date and they end up back together.. keep getting to know each other and take it slow Good Luck!!

give him time, then ask him or something.

Well keep hanging out with him and stuff. Talk to him on the phone and just be yourself. I was in this situation for a month and he finally asked me out!! It was worth the wait. I hope you get him :]. Sometimes you just have to wait it out. Hope this helps!
