Athletes tend to get acne on the back and shoulders a lot. The combinatino of sweat and clothes rubbing against your skin causes and irritation and does result in acne. Make sure you shower after working out..don't leave the sweat on you. There are many body washes that will help you.
Neutrogena body clear body wash

Murad Acne Body Wash

(can be found at Bath & Body works)

Here's a ton more

A dermatologist could also prescribe you a cream that will help get rid of your back acne.
I've heard of a LOT of people using Proactive body wash to get rid of their back acne..but that can be pricey so i do suggest reading reviews on each product before you use it. However, even though some people may not like the product, it could work on you. Everybody's different. If you don't see a result with your acne within 2 weeks of using the product- you may want to head to the doctor to get medication.

Hope i helped = )

Pimples form usually during puberty, the skin cells lining a follicle tend to be shed at a quicker pace, increasing the probability that they will stick together and contribute to blockages in the follicle.

Other factors that are thought to contribute to acne include:
* where a person sweats
* a family history of acne.
* abrasion caused by over-vigorous scrubbing, frequent shaving, or other manipulation and "picking at" the skin.
* exposure to high heat and humidity.
* exposure to airborne pollutants.
* the use of certain drugs, such as glucocorticoids, iodides, bromides, lithium, artificial androgens and others

I would try using rubbing alcohol or stridex pads max strength

You can find them almost anywhere such as wal mart, kmart, and walgreens :]

Good luck
