You like someone who you think doesn't like you. You can ask him if he likes you for more than a friend. Maybe he he does but you just think he doesn't. If he doesn't don't worry about it. The whole world is full of guys and some of them are wonderful. I guarantee that out there is at least one and probably many guys who you could be happy with. There is someone for everyone.
We can't make people like us but we can take time to make sure we are someone who we like. Taking time to learn and grow and make ourselves better always makes us more attractive to other people.

I know this soundz stupid but just be yourself. But to be more helpful, if your assertive and outgoing, andyou have enough courage, then just step to him and tell him how you feel. Dont try to be something your not just to impress a boy, who is not promised to be with you forever, its just a waste of time. Hope I helped enough, good luck
